Who this is for

I'm tired of vague internet help. I do not provide that.

You may not know how to formulate the problem yet. That is normal. My first job is to identify what is actually blocking you: skill gaps, messy workflow, bad project structure, wrong tools, or simply unclear next steps.

My style is respectful and direct. I will not decorate the process if decoration does not help the result. You'll leave with a clearer system and fewer false moves.

Method

A working structure that keeps everyone honest.

01

Diagnose

We use the free consultation to decide whether I can actually help.

02

Prioritize

We separate the important technical blocker from distracting surface symptoms.

03

Work

We solve the actual task: scene, project, engine workflow, setup, or process.

04

Plan

You leave with the next actions, not a vague feeling that something happened.

Areas

Practical help across technical learning, tools, systems, and work environment setup.

Teaching and mentorship for technical skills that feel messy or fragmented
Technical advice and support when the problem is hard to name clearly
Computer administration, workspace setup, tools, files, and working environment
Process organization: what matters, what to ignore, and what to do next
Examples

Bring the messy technical situation. I will help turn it into a plan.

Learning direction

You know the tool, course, or project area, but not what to study next or what to ignore.

Project stuck

A scene, prototype, setup, pipeline, or workflow stopped moving and you cannot see the real blocker.

Workspace chaos

Your computer, files, apps, accounts, tools, or habits are slowing down the work more than the work itself.

Technical decision

You need a direct second brain for choosing a tool, workflow, learning path, or next practical step.

Pricing

Two simple plans. Choose support only if you will use it.

Start with a free 15-minute consultation. If I can help, we choose the practical format: one focused 50-minute session, or a session with lightweight support during the week.

Session only $100 50 minutes, no between-session support Start with free call
Session plus support $130 50 minutes plus small questions during the week Start with free call
Background
12 years in technical education, including the online school portal.zt.ua. These sessions are direct consultations with me, not delegated school classes. Rustam Alieskerov
The goal is not to provide a premium feeling. The goal is to spend attention where it changes the student's result. Working principle
Fit check

The consultation exists because technical problems are often badly named.

What if I do not know what exactly I need?

That is expected. In the free 15-minute call, we define the real blocker and decide whether a paid session makes sense.

Is this a course?

No. This is direct coaching and problem solving. If a structured learning path is useful, we build one around your actual goal.

What does weekly support mean?

Small questions between sessions: clarifications, direction checks, and quick unblockers. It is not a replacement for full project work.

Free consultation

Send a short request. I will tell you if I can help.

The first 15 minutes are free. They exist to define the problem, check fit, and avoid selling you a session that will not be useful.
